We are in a part of Moraira called el Pinar de l'Advocat. The villa is situated on the corner of Calle Limonero and Calle Haya, which runs down to the centre of Moraira (3 mins by car).

We are 100yds along the road from Hotel Swiss, so this makes a good landmark for satnav orientation.
