The villa
Casa Markita is a spacious, detached, single-level villa in Pinar de l’Advocat, a quiet residential area of Moraira.
The villa sleeps up to eight guests in four bedrooms and offers generous living space both inside and out, with a private 8m x 4m swimming pool, large terraces, landscaped gardens and a particularly well-equipped outdoor kitchen.
Bedrooms
The large master bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite shower room and spacious walk-in dressing area.
Three further bedrooms comprise one queen-size room and two twin rooms, with the twin beds able to be arranged together. All bedrooms provide wardrobe storage.
Living areas
The main lounge is spacious and comfortably furnished, with a formal dining area, three sofas (one reclining), a traditional Tosca stone fireplace, 65-inch 4K Smart TV, soundbar and IPTV.
A separate bright naya provides an additional lounge and informal dining area.
Kitchen and utility room
The recently fitted indoor kitchen includes an oven, gas hob, large fridge-freezer and dishwasher.
A separate utility room provides a washing machine, tumble dryer and additional storage.
Outdoor kitchen and dining
The well equipped outdoor kitchen is designed for proper cooking and dining outside, with hot and cold running water, twin stainless-steel sinks, gas cooking, wine fridge, microwave and generous worktop space.
There is also a covered outdoor dining area.
Pool and gardens
The private 8m x 4m swimming pool is surrounded by a large sun terrace and has pool heating for an additional charge.
The two-tier garden provides several different areas for sitting and relaxing, with both sunny and shaded spaces.
Comfort and connectivity
Casa Markita has full central heating, hot-and-cold air conditioning and ultrafast broadband distributed throughout the villa using a mesh Wi-Fi network.
Parking
Remote-controlled gates provide access to private covered parking for two cars, with additional covered parking available.
Location
Casa Markita is approximately 3 minutes by car or a 20-minute walk from the centre of Moraira, its beaches, marina, shops, cafés and restaurants.

40% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €291 is due.
Notes
Please note that all credit card and PayPal bookings are subject to a 2.5% surcharge. This isn't 'profit' we're making on the booking, but solely to cover what we are charged (which is actually slightly more) to provide as wide a range of payment options as possible to our clients.
If you let us know beforehand that you wish to use credit card or PayPal, we will adjust the booking cost on the quote accordingly. If we aren't notified beforehand and you pay the deposit by one of these means, we'll adjust the final payment to incorporate the net effect of the surcharge on the total booking cost.
